Level 3
The goals of the Level 3:
- Make transitions in a certain place
- Make sharp turns and all basic manege figures
- Transit to a canter in a precisely specified place with the right leg
- Ride simple dressage test
- Maintain balance on separate jumps
- Make the correct approach and departure from the obstacle on single jumps
- Take care of equipment
- Feed a horse
At this level, children enjoy training in groups. They learn to perform manege figures correctly and perform simple dressage tests. They jump single obstacles, learn to do it with good technique.
With such riders, it is useful to evaluate results and plan progress together, to devote more time to theory. Such more experienced riders are usually happy to help with theĀ work in the stable, learn to observe discipline, cleanliness and order.
The sports program for the riders of Level 3 is more diverse, but focused on the competitions of the "Olympic Startup" program. They can take part in OS-C classes, performing tests in dressage or jumping tests, where single jumps and poles are involved.
